Dusre circle ki eqn nikali diametric form se, fir derivate krdia tangent ki slope ke liye. Fir to distance formula bs

if u notice tangent will be perpendicular to the diameter OA
and thus perpendicular to y = 2x
line perpendicular to y = 2x and passes through A
but we dont even need the tangent
if u let OA = r
AQ will be rtan(theta)
AP will be r cot(theta)
and tan(theta) is slope of y = 2x
tan(theta) = 2
AQ : AP
= r tan(theta) : cot(theta)
rtan/rcot
or simply tan^2(theta)
AQ : AP = 4 : 1
