You should send your latest.log file to provide additional useful information. Logs are usually located in the .minecraft/logs directory. On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs Please upload the file to mclo.gs instead of sending the raw file. Chiseled has problems with Create Geckolinb thrown some errors Enederio seems to have some broken models tacz thrown some errors about sound loading EMF thrown some errors tacz reported errors about ww mod decocraft has broken loot tables And many many many more... But about the shader, it just seems to be broken shader side, nothing DH nor you can do apart from reporting to the shader dev Though it would be better to first check if this isn't some weird mod compat issue, by trying to run only DH + Iris + Sodium And if it will work with only those 3 mods present, do a !binary search to fin the culprit

Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it. So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.

You can start by removing TACZ, all the weapon mods are known to cause shader issues, as well as DH issues (especially when using the scopes)
