No Automatic Backup Option on Android 16 - S23 Ultra?

im currently trying to setup auto backup from my phone:

The doc mentions about "Automatic background backup". I dont have it. Im on the latest 2.3.0 on the app. Server is 2.3.1.
What am i missing?
