Layer Shifts when Printing (VCore 4 - IDEX 400 - Single tool mode)

I've been having this problem on and off for the entire life of the printer, but i recently moved the printer, since which the problem has been consistent - every layer will shift towards the front left. Given that i've moved the printer, i'm working through the Commissioning / Calibration again, in a hope that working through all of this will help isolate the issue, as at the moment i've lost faith in the printer, as seems to work fine until i print. Anyway stage 1 ive tensionsed the belts, calibrated Z and the Z-Tilt, and gantry. I've now measured the relative belt tensions using the macros but the graphs look a bit strange compared to what the guide suggests I should expect. The graphs seem to suggest problems with opposite belts (if i'm understanding them correctly) so not sure what to try ?

have you tried adjusting the tension of the straps? in the first image you can see that the strap is looser than in the second, check that the strap is not damaged and that it goes along the guided path, a deformed strap can come out of place and cause loss of steps or jumps in the teeth which lead to misalignment of the impression.

That's what i'm trying now - i'd checked the paths again before i started, but will adjust the tensions and re-run the measurement. Was more confused by the graphs apparently showing different things right - investigations lead me to think i've found the issue. Retensioning the belts went fine apart from the right hybrid belt which just would not get tight enough with the available adjustment range. Therefore i removed the top cap and slid one end of the belt out of the holder. At that point with all the tension removed, the cog on the hybrid motor slid to the bottom - looks like it was both not well enough tensioned, but also the grub screws were slipping. Will hund for some spare grub screws to replace them then will retension, but that would explain the layer shift.
