Looking for what these pants are called...
So I'm looking fo find pants like these which don't have the traditional belt loops but instead a side adjuster with the off center button thingy. And i just kinda need to know what they're called so i can look for them on my own. Thank you!

- Specific measurements
- Openness to buying secondhand and/or online
- Location: country/continent is fine
- Timing/urgency
these are separate details so it will be hard to find one word to encapsulate these. the side tabs are called what you called them, "side adjusters", maybe side tabs or similar. I'm actually not sure what the offset button detail is called but it's common on trousers that reach towards formal, I'm sure someone else knows the right word for it

you'll just want to look for pants that have these details rather than a specific word for the whole style cuz I don't think it exists.
"belt closure" also works sometimes.
i've sometimes heard of the off centre button thingy referred to as an "extended waistband", so that might pull up some results too
