Everytime i try to join my friend it says "lost connection" after the password screen.

we tried this months ago and the same thing occured so we thought "hey maybe its fixed". nope. All i can hope is theres a fix here
i deleted all terraria filed and all tmodloader files (apart from cloud ones)

ive had issues with this before, make sure you're on the same tmod version, mine didn't update once and it didnt let me join
other than that, just try again, terraria is very finnicky

well i uninstalled both so i assumed it would be on the same version tbf
but ill try that, thank u
