Is this enough to keep warm for winter in europe

Live in california dont have as much experience in colder winters

- uniqlo heattech thermal
- 100% wool sweater
- (unlined) a-2 goatskin leather jacket
- 14oz denim jeans + uniqlo heattech leggings

I have a trip to switzerland in december & i wanna know if these as my garments would be comfortable enough for when average temps are from 28-38 F or -2 to 4 celsius. Worried that i might get cold due to lack of down insulation
