Connection error(error cause=VAN 185)
constantly getting high pings and game freezes during fights or gunshots, my device is much compatible for valorant and all the other games with higher requirments run smoothly in this device. After sometimes my game disconnect and stuck in loading screen and show this error

- Open the Task Manager > Details tab
- End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services
- Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
- Uninstall Riot VANGUARD
- Open CMD as Admin and type these commands:
- sc delete vgc
- sc delete vgk
- Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files
- Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it
- Open the Riot Client and click update
- Restart your computer after the update
After you’re done with that:
- Press Windows key + R
- Type services.msc
- Look for vgc
- Right-click on vgc > Properties
- Change the startup type to automatic
- Start the services (if not started already)

here are all the log files inside riot vanguard and my riot id is foodiehunter#2107
Zip the log the file and send it not inside

@sahnimilan21 looks like network related issue to me, do you have a fast internet connection?
I'm playing on this network since download like 2-3 months and this never happened before

are you on wifi or eth ?
can you try chilling in range for 20min and see if same thing happens

yep cant fix for now ig need some time
I did as I entered my game freezed but came back after some minutes and after that I had a swiftplay match where it keep freezing and having packet loss and at last round the error happened again and game closed
I have uninstalled it and now reinstalling
And its still freezing
