Guys Riot keeps banning me again and again for no reason :( what do I do?!
My account was hacked, and I literally got banned once because of it and couldn't recover my account because of Riot, and I even had to restart my whole PC, erase everything, and try to start fresh. It’s been only one month, and now they’re banning me again, for no reason. WHY AM I GETTING BANNED FOR CHEATING THOUGH?!?! I got a hardware ban twice now, even after restarting my whole PC. I swear I'm not cheating, I have clips of myself playing and everything. :(
I haven’t done anything toxic, cheated, or broken any rules. I’ve submitted appeals multiple times, but they either get closed with zero explanation or I get some generic copy-paste response. I'm literally crying.
I just want my account to be reviewed properly. Has anyone else dealt with repeated bans like this? :((((((

They replied saying that I'm cheating and that there's nothing else to say and closed the ticket. And any other tickets i submit they just close instantly. 😢😢

The best pro-players out there average around 45-50% HS-Rate. I would have believed you if your HS-Rate was around 40-50 for a game or two because you played incredibly well, but yours is through the roof. This is very obvious, blatant cheating. It’s almost insulting. I hope you stay banned 😭
