Last zone bug? Cheater?

Does anyone know what's going on here? I've been playing this game for a really long time, years and I've only encountered this once and they were cheating. I'm not sure if that's the case here. But me and my friend are frustrated by this as it would've been a win for us. This was in duos.

The mobile penguin shop is not limited to 3 med kits like other shop, so you can buy as much as you want and then just sit there and heal in zone.

So it wasn't the mobile shop but they were in the Babymonster event thing. Once you're up there you don't seem to take any zone damage for some reason
