are you using stock proton or ge-proton?

sounds like something to report to either one of those projects instead if it works fine with wine

i have testing both
proton over steam are not have that issue

can you share more details? is that for all games? are you testing the same game in both heroic and steam? we do not recommend using stock proton with heroic

no not all,its only Heroric , mostly old games like:

Empire Earth
Star Trek Elite Force 1+2
Star Trek Armada 2
And only on wine is the sound issue gone but resolution problem , With Proton is the Sound issue there

I'm still confused, you said you don't have the problem with steam, have you tried running those specific games both in heroic and steam to know it's a heroic issue and not a proton/ge-proton issue?

no because its from gog/epic game so i diddnt test that in steam

ok, the problem might be in proton/ge-proton and not in heroic then if you can run the game fine with wine in heroic

if it doesn't work correctly with proton then it should be reported to proton

if it proton problem ok , but in wine the sound issue is gone but the resolution is like fullscreen with 2/3 cut ... i tryed over winecfg with a virtual resolution but dont work

you could try enabling gamescope if you want to use wine, that might fix resolution issues
