Slow Boot Times and general performance

Hello everyone, I have bazzite installed on my laptop with an SSD and HDD and I have noticed very poor performance especially boot times. I have a feeling its due to initializing the HDD on boot but I wasn't able to exclude the HDD on install. I got a boot times graph as suggested in another question but I don't know what I'm looking at. Any help would be much appreciated.
