Do you know any content creator who, like Theo, makes a lot of AI videos, but centered around self-hosting, with Ollama for example ?

theo did promote recently aiking
but for self hosting wih ollama / lmstudio is quite straightforward.
quick search did show me xcreate who does local model stuff.
best bet explore youtube / twitter and find your niche channels.
