Looking for wardrobe recommendations

Budget: $300-$700 for winter and summer clothing.
Separately, up to $700 for a nice coat/jacket. I'm considering getting something like this.
I'd rather not buy second hand. I prefer brands like American Eagle. I'd happily explore new brands, though.
