Dolphin + Windowed App Flickering
This hasn't been a huge issue but I'd like to make my experience better. Dolphin explorer windows and most applications with windowed borders flicker a lot when they're not the active application. Its as if something is trying to regain focus but then they're supressed. How can I resolve the issue?
