help to enable MFA

Need help enabling MFA without access ti my original email. Have Riot mobile app and logged in, when i click MFA it takes me to sign in page where it says verification code sent to my original email that i donât have access to?

What do I need to change the original email to a different one I currently have?

Will that fix MFA?
