Suit/Business Casual Versatility of Red-Brown Boots

Hi y’all, with the sales happening I’ve been eyeing getting a pair of red-brown boots from the Grant Stone sale (specifically the CXL #8 color). I’ve been eyeing the garrison boot as compared to the brass boot.

With that said, I mainly work in office spaces and even make court appearances, so I’d like for my purchase to go towards the boot that can be dressed up “better. I understand this type of color of boot is a bit out there when it comes to such environments, especially in court. Nevertheless, I tend to dress a touch boldly and get away with it by making sure I still dress well in other areas (like matching belt with shoss and some color coordination, for whatever that’s worth).

All of this to say, I want to rock this color, but not sure which style would be best. My inclination is the garrison boot, especially with the brogue captoe. But, I like brass boot, and I’ve seen many people wear moc toes in the office and court as well. Thoughts are greatly appreciated!
