How can I reach out to my program manager?

Hi everyone ,

I need some urgent help.

After upgrading to Cloudflare for Enterprise, my SSL for SaaS custom hostname limit dropped from 100 to 10, even though I have already onboarded 25 clients, and my business relies heavily on SSL for SaaS for custom domain onboarding.

I’m trying to increase the limit, but I’m not sure how to proceed.

I’ve already:
Raised a support ticket (no response yet)
Emailed the Cloudflare for Startups team (no reply)

This is currently blocking my onboarding pipeline and impacting live business.

Is there any way I can connect with my program manager or find an escalation email/contact to resolve this?
Any guidance would be really appreciated.
