rpm-ostree upgrade command (from System Update) fails due to missing mesa-libGLU-devel package

A notification recently popped up stating the system hadn't been updated in over a month, which I found odd, since I thought those were supposed to be automatic, and suggested me to manually run the upgrade command. Its output is:

Solution
did you need to layer mesa-libGLU-devel for anything? if you dont need it anymore, remove first then rerun the updater
