Hello, i haven't been online since like 3 yrs ago and i am trying to log in to my account, i used my email to log in but now that i am logging in it says that it doesnt recognize my phone and its requiring me the sms text to get a authentication code but the phone number wasn't mine nor its registered in my email, would appreciate it if someone could help me

Hello! When a player loses access to their account, we direct them to submit an account recovery request. If an account recovery request is successful, a new email address of your choice will be linked to the account, and any unauthorised access will be removed from the account.
You need to know your account's numeric ID to be able to submit a request. If your last login was 3 years ago and now there is someone else using the account, it is highly likely that they changed the nickname of the account. This is why no result comes up when you search your old nickname.
I suggest checking old screenshots, purchase receipts or even asking your friends to find out your account's numeric ID. You can then submit an account recovery request from https://pubgmobile.live/support > Recovery for assistance.
