So i lost my pubg mobile account due to Facebook and no longer having the old phone number. the funniest part about this is Ive filed a recovery you denied me but i have proof of purchases for thousands of USD for UC then after spinning your spins for your pixel items yous come out with a collection level long before i continued playing so i try to recover my account and no go yous tell me to contact Facebook and handle it that way.....It's impossible all you internet companies hide behind emails and support behind keyboards. So again I'd like my account back because as far as I'm concerned this is theft!!! In my country United States of America that's Theft and you go to jail/prison for it. So shall we contact a lawyer? No ill get a response those pixel items we released too your account are copyrighted...I don't give a shit to be honest Ive spent thousands dropped Facebook out of my life and changed phone numbers now i lose my enjoyment of my account? I don't think so i want to file charges on yous...I DON'T CARE HOW MANY PEOPLE LAUGH because the funny thing is its 100 percent the truth PUBG mobile and krafton stole money from my bank account for their items and refuse to give it back. I'm contacting my bank and reporting fraud. If i walked in Walmart tomorrow took something without paying that is theft you took my money and refuse to recover my account back too me. THIEVES

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
