Phishing Report Mitigation on Domain raspberyhills.com – Need Guidance on Review Process

Hello Cloudflare Community,

I am seeking guidance regarding a false phishing report that resulted in mitigation actions on my domain raspberyhills.com. I have already submitted a complete follow-up to Cloudflare Trust & Safety and would appreciate any clarity from the community on what to expect next.

A phishing complaint was submitted by an individual who is not our customer, has never placed an order with us, and has no interaction with our business. The allegation (“order not received) is false.

Steps I Have Already Completed:

Per Cloudflare’s instruction, I replied inside the same ticket thread with:

The reference ticket number

A detailed summary of the situation

My web host (SiteGround) has already accepted my DMCA counter-notification and confirmed that:

It has been forwarded to the complainant

The 10-business-day DMCA legal window is now active

After that period, the reported pages may be re-enabled

I have already submitted a Request Review inside the Cloudflare Dashboard (Abuse Reports → View Mitigations → Request Review).

Current Situation:

My domain remains under mitigation, and Cloudflare hasn’t responded yet (which I understand may be due to the DMCA process).

My Question to the Community:

Is there anything else I should do from my side while the DMCA window is active, or should I simply wait until the hosting provider completes their legal timeline and Cloudflare updates the ticket?

Any guidance from experienced members or Cloudflare staff would be greatly appreciated.
