My PUBG MOBILE KR account was compromised and is now banned. Player ID: 6990126936, previous nickname: KYBēē아삐뚤. The linked Facebook was hijacked and is inaccessible, so I cannot trigger the in-game ban popup and cannot use '문의하기'. KR support replies only with automated messages instructing me to contact Facebook, which is impossible.
I have ownership proof (purchase receipts, device info, login times). Could you please help escalate this issue to the KR team or advise a direct contact/route for manual review? I would greatly appreciate any assistance or forwarding.
