Desktop Environment not loading?
I'm on a fresh install of bazzite-nvidia-open, and it initially seemed to work fine when I was booting to the install from my laptop, but when I moved the drive to my main desktop it just shows the desktop background after logging in. Its not frozen becaise I can do ctrl+alt+f3 to get to the cli. Not sure whats going on here. Fastfetch info below:

going to try rebasing to nvidia:stable instead of nvidia open

rebased to gnome and it loaded to desktop just fine

you just rebased to other de, thats not good and will cause issue down the line
you need to reinstall
kde probably failed at setting up the default desktop on the first login (no idea why this happens as i can count on one hand how many times this has happened in this server)
you just right click on the desktop and enter edit mode and just add the default panel and done.
and it would stick
theres no cursor though?
do you have more than 1 monitor (or a dummy plug) connected?

but the 2nd monitor was a black screen
going to reinstall with gnome anyways
ok my guess is that the other monitor was detected or something but the monitor would not be activated.
if gnome works for you then reinstall with gnome 🙂
