Restoring "Desktop Environment Settings" Window

I, unfortunately, broke a pretty vital function in the desktop environment. I think everyone knows about how you can right click anywhere, and it will bring up a pop up menu containing some pretty useful stuff. If I'm correct, the setting I clicked on in the menu is referred to as "Configure Desktop and Wallpaper...". Unfortunately, I, unknowingly, fiddled with the hotkey that brings up the menu, and now it is, to my knowledge, completely inaccessible. What's worse is that the window containing the options, that'll allow me to fix it, is not tucked away somewhere in system settings, and searching for it brings up nothing.

Am I screwed? Is there no other way of opening this menu?
