My ISP in Spain is blocking my Cloudflare IP so my worker is unreachable

What kind of workarounds can I do to avoid having that issue? I use my worker to intercept requests to my blob storage and transform images on the worker.

My collegues that aren't from Spain can interact with the worker without any issue.
