What's a proper way to make HASS Agent work on both Windows accounts on my PC?

My computer is my workstation and I have separate account for leisure time and for work. Now the issue is, HASS Agent is installed on the leisure account only. How do I properly make it work with both accounts?
I only really need the information from the currently logged in account. I want to change my lights based on the currently logged in account (well more than that, but its just an example)
Would the best thing to do be installing it on my other account too and then manage which one to display in Home Assistant myself?
