Billing Issue: Monthly T3 Chat Charge – Cannot Log In/Cancel

Hi T3 Team,

I am writing regarding an urgent issue with a monthly charge for T3 Chat. I am no longer using the service and was certain that I had deleted or cancelled my account after the first month of trying it out.

The problem is:

I am still being charged for T3 Chat every month.

I cannot log in to cancel the subscription as I do not recall the exact account credentials I used initially.

I have been unable to find a direct billing support email address.

I need assistance with:

Immediately cancelling the active subscription.

Verifying the status of my account.

What is the best way for me to privately share the payment information (such as the email linked to the payment or the last four digits of the credit card/PayPal transaction ID) so you can locate and terminate the subscription for me?
