High Ping to Singapore Servers.
Hi, im a Resident of Pune using Tata Play Fiber in India. Most internet providers in my region give 55-60 ms ping to Singapore servers but my ISP in particularly around 6 months ago started routing me through various pointless locations. Such as sending me through delhi (even though the ISPs international gateway is at a neighbourng city to mine) My latency to Riot Singapore stays at 80+ unless something like exitlag is being used. Please do assist me with this

the international gateway is at Mumbai FYI
Also before anyone jumps on me and tells me to play on mumbai servers, my rank is so high that sometimes i don’t get a match for more than 10 minutes, hence why I’m dependent on Singapore.
Im currently in contact with my ISPs NOC, They told me that they have only 2 upstreams for Singapore International Transit. Both of them i’ve tested and both lead on to 75+ ping. Only 2 Upstreams seems inaccurate to me though since im pretty sure they have Cloudflare as a transit provider or something, also Tata Communications (parent company) Mumbai which had a direct cable to singapore (Tata Indicom Cable)

I know this traceroute includes one to AWS aswell, that's just for reference to differentiating between the two upstreams my ISP has put me through
