Restoring Domain in Redemption Period

Hi all — hoping someone from the Cloudflare team can help.

I have a domain registered through Cloudflare that’s currently in the redemption period, but the dashboard does not show any option to renew/restore.

I opened a Registrar support ticket a few days ago (Case #01868187), but since redemption deadlines are strict, I’m worried the domain may be lost if it sits too long.

If any Cloudflare team member can take a look or nudge the right team, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
