HP OfficeJet 8010 suddenly having issues

My printer was working totally fine when I first started, now just today, when attempting to print, I get this error in the picture, as well as the actual job itself says 'Credentials Invalid'. I can't really do anything to edit printers.conf because of the nature of the OS, is there a workaround to this? I really need this for my business.

Also, why is there no option to cancel or remove a job in the printer queue? I would have assumed that to be a pretty standard function. (Update: I found that cancelling jobs is possible through the CUPS server, noob moment) Any help appreciated.

Solution
Solved this issue by modifying the printer in the CUPS server. Connecting using 'driverless' was causing the issue. The connection string now starts with 'dnssd://' instead of 'ipps://'
