Screen is shutting down earlier than set in settings

So i wanted my screen to shut during inactivity in 30 minutes, not 3 or 5 how was set in basic settings.

I changed it, but it still moves to sleep way earlier than set.

I have no idea if its a bug, or there is another setting i don't know about.
