System freezes while shutting down

When I shutdown the system and after systemd finishes doing it's things, it completely freezes. Sometimes it doesn't freeze and correctly shutdowns (Much faster than Windows for some reason). I always see an error regarding the watch dog but disabling that doesn't seem to change anything.
