remove an audio device?

My bazzite install randomly (without my input) added two home theater receivers I have on my network. Kinda cool, problem is that I had no idea what was happening when bazzite decided to stop using my onboard audio and switch to a receiver out of nowhere, switching the input on my movie and cranking the volume every 20 minutes!

So how do I prevent that from happening again?
