KDE Audio Device Selection

This is a long standing issue for me irrespective of Bazzite.

I have 2 monitors plugged in via DP. My primary monitor is used as the audio device via speakers plugged in via an audio cable. When the displays go to sleep, or on a cold boot, the order of the displays in the audio devices are random, i.e., it is unknown which monitor will be assigned as HDMI1 or HDMI2.

Is there some automated way or at least scriptable way for me to properly set this on boot/wake? If not, are there lines of code that can be used to change the output target so I can run it as a bash script?
