Can a Riot Employee please manually review my account?

Hey Riot folks,
My VALORANT account just got locked for "3rd party tool usage," but I genuinely think the system messed up. I'm not hardware banned, so I'm asking for a quick look to see if this was a mistake.
I've already opened a support ticket and I'm just getting standard AI replies. I'd be super grateful if one of you could personally check the case file and maybe escalate it.
