Ethernet Device recognized but "unavailable", can't figure out how to enable it

Good day,

I am currently trying to get my LAN connection to work. Long story short:

[ip link show] returns that the state for the ethernet connection is DOWN

[nmcli device] returns that the ethernet is unavailable

My Ethernet device is recognized by the console when using "lspci / grep ethernet" as the RTL8125 Ethernet Controller (rev 05)

The device is correctly recognized by the system and the installed driver matches what is reported as compatible online (Driver version 8169)

From this and some googling (and using my own eyes to see the port) I have concluded that the Ethernet Port is simply inactive under Bazzite. There is no LED blinking to indicate the connection in the port, and everything else points to this as well.

However, trying to search for something like "enable hardware device bazzite" doesn't provide any helpful results, neither here nor on google. Does anyone have any advice or maybe knows of a related post that might help me?

The port works normally in Windows, in fact I never use WiFi on Windows and am always on Ethernet. It is a dual boot system but Linux is contained on its own harddrive with no cross-contamination via stored files or system partitions. (Yes, Fast Startup is disabled and was long before I installed Bazzite)

In case it matters, my hardware is N7 B650E Mobo with 7800X3D and 7900XTX. Have not really had any other significant problems, everything just works so far.
Solution
RESOLVED: I shut down my PC for several minutes and disconnected it from Power. Then booted straight into Linux, which let my LAN Port see the Network and allow it to connect.
