Banned
Hello. I have been playing with my boyfriend for about a month. My rank is Silver 2 and his rank is Gold 2. I play worse than him, only rarely better, and he is usually in the high scoreboard every second match.
Today both of us received a 30-day ban for “rank manipulation / boosting”.
I contacted support, but the reply said that all tickets will be automatically closed because the system confirmed rank manipulation.
Is this really considered boosting? Our win rate this season is only 47%, which is honestly ridiculous.
One more question: if I play on another account on a different server while my main account is banned, is there any risk that my main account will be permanently banned?
