Mandatory Manual Review and Escalation to PUBG Mobile KR Support

Hello.
This message is a formal request for a mandatory manual review of my account recovery case.

The PUBG Mobile KR client’s support system is currently malfunctioning, and it is technically impossible to submit the required form. The system repeatedly produces errors such as “The form cannot be submitted” or “Session expired.
Because of this system failure, I cannot access the normal KR recovery process.

For this reason, I am requesting the Global Support Team to perform the following actions:
  1. Conduct a manual verification of my account ownership using the information I will provide.
  2. Escalate and forward this case directly to the PUBG Mobile KR support team for further handling.
  3. Ensure that my case is reviewed by a human operator, not an automated filter or redirect.
I am explicitly requesting that I not be sent back to the in-game support menu.
Due to the system errors, it is not operational and cannot be used for any form submission.

I can provide any verification data required, including but not limited to:
– Account creation time
– Device information
– Login history
– Character ID and server
– Screenshots
– Purchase logs
– Any additional proof necessary to confirm ownership

I expect confirmation that this case has been forwarded to the KR support team and that a manual review will be initiated.
