Account recovery
I’m having trouble submitting a claim because I’m getting an error message. It’s been almost a month since I reported the hack, and I’m still waiting to recover my account. I’m confused about why there’s a restriction on my account for seven years Owner , especially since the person who hacked it from two months ago can still access it. My ID is 5282212055. Can you help me understand why this is happening?
