Looking for advice from Senior/Tech Lead Devs. Architecture Proposal
I am pushing accessibility at my company and we have a variety for different backend/frontend tech stacks. Part of the proposal I am writing is a platform agnostic component library and design system, as well as automated tooling and testing. I am trying to position this as a new role for me to take lead on. There is a need and looking at other ways this could benefit the company to make it worth while, but I semi-feel like I have a solution looking for a problem. How do communicate other benefits and keep it on scope? People are on board but are skeptic about company follow through.
