For over a month, we have been unable to deploy pages projects
Our account has been blocked from deploying new pages projects over a false abuse report, that does not get resolved.
Error message:
Subdomain is blocked. Enter a new subdomain or contact abusereply@cloudflare.com.
What happened:
1) Our project was falsely reported as a phishing attempt because it featured a customer logo and a login form.
2) Since that particular project was inactive, we immediately deleted the project in the hopes of a quick resolve.
3) We have opened a support ticket (that got closed without resolve)
4) We have posted to the community
5) We have emailed the email address displayed in the error message (abusereply@cloudflare.com)
It's been over a month now and we have been forced to open an account with competitors because this problem does not get solved. I find this level of customer support for a paying (and happy) customer to be very unsatisfactory.
