weird ice and snow glitch

Forge/NeoforgeMC 1.20.xThe chunks i have not been in even that have snow will have these strange grid patterns throughout. I have a mod that adds snow to the entire world but it seems unrelated. I have the popular performance mods and are using tectonic as a generation mod.
