Snow Causes Visual Glitches (chunk lines and snow shadows, but no snow)

MC 1.21.xThe Issue : I'm using Distant Horizons on Fabric 1.21.1, mod version 2.4.5-b (latest), alongside a bunch of other mods, but it seems to have issues with generating snow. This issue is also apparent on other clients (so not a my client problem 
)
The server also has the same version, and the issue persists while using shaders/not using shaders. We are playing on a multiplayer server!

- The mods list is quite massive, but this issue only started happening after we updated Distant Horizons, I think. I will post a screenshot of my mods list though!
I know something was said about snow being fixed in the most recent update, but sadly that's not the case for us. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
