banned for 3rd party software for 2 MINUTES mid game

I was just playing some comp matches and it kept making me restart my pc and my pc froze the prev game making me restart, and then next game it kicks me out for connectivity error then i come back and get banned but legit for 2 mins?? like im not using anything or any software's unless wooting snap tap is a banable offensive.
