Strange issues with my RTX 5060

Hello !

Here's the context :

I have my "old" PC gaming that is now in my living room as a makeshift console / media player of some sort - it's an Acer Aspire GX-781 with an Intel Core i7-7700 (8) @ 4.20 GHz and it has a 7.70 Gb of RAM
It originally came with a Nvidia GTX 1060 (3GB) graphics card, but I already upgraded it to a RTX 3060 a few years ago.

Last month for black friday, I bought with my father a RTX 5060, so we could upgrade my parent's setup with the RTX 3060.

At first, everything went well, however, since then there have been really strange issues.

The most common tasks work nicely, but demanding videos started to lag and have some audio artifacts and I couldn't even start some games, it would just crash.
I distro-hopped a bit (testing CachyOS, Ubuntu, etc...), believing the driver version was the issue - and after testing all of them, it doesn't seem like it.
I ended up back on Bazzite, and while most issues were still there, I can launch games (I usually test with Lego : Builders Journey to see if RTX works) and the graphics were amazing, no lag at all and stuff, but there's still the audio artifacts - I unfocused the game to look at how the card was doing, I went back to the game and then black screen - the game crashed and the graphic card was considered "off" by nvidia-smi.

I'm running out of ideas of why it doesn't work well.. I have no clue if it's a problem at the hardware level or if it has something to do with the software..
What could have gone wrong ? (I can provide more infos if you need)
