Provisioning new branch in CI

I am wondering if there are any concrete examples/resources that show how to provision PR-specific branches of a Neon DB within a CI/CD pipeline? And also how to handle the life-cycle of these, if the aforementioned is possible?

For cleanup, you can set expiry dates when you create branches so that they auto-delete.
