Azure Marketplace Provisioning

I've attempted several variations of deploying from Azure Marketplace. Each attempt in various regions fails to provision the org within neon. SSO and personal account are created; however, I'm presented with the "Org [generated org id] was not found" Order parameters use a hyphen in the desired orgName field, to match our internal corporate naming convention.

Hi, sorry for the trouble. I've posted internally to see what the issue might be. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back. Do you have an existing Neon account or are you creating one for the first time? The team asked for your User Principal Name (UPN) and email addresses so that we can check to see if Azure created these users in Neon. Please send those details to support@neon.tech, outlining the issue you've mentioned here.

Sent over in an email today. Ticket 5722 This is intended to be exclusively deployed with Azure Marketplace. I'm not able (by policy) to provision Neon by other means... I also don't want to have this initial experience under an sso-enabled personal account. The working concept is to roll over to use a Neon managed postgresql instance for our production website. We're experiencing a number of challenges around developer experience/consistency and need live data within our application for developer needs. Last week, I measured we're at 25G of storage within our existing flexible server - though it currently lives within another subscription which we don't have direct access to manage.

... and responded to Daniel in the ticket 😛 Yup, and I've confirmed from my side that this is an issue with the SSO configuration using email attribute vs UPN.

to make things more convoluted here, I cannot use the "forgot password" as the neon org owner hasn't ever logged in to even create an identity https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/discussions/microsoft-entra/best-practice-when-upn-and-email-address-are-different-but-both-routable/4211956/replies/4213603
