Server LODs not downloading on client

I've pregenerated a server with the Distant Horizons pregeneration command 1000 chunk radius, with the mode set to Internal Server. I've got Distant Generation enabled, yet its not sending any LODs to the client? I might be being dumb but I'm not sure what else to do other than ask
