What to wear to Winter Formal?

Hey everybody, longtime lurker here with a dilemma. I'm a senior in high school and for the past ~3.5 years I haven't gone to any school dances or events. This year (or rather in 2026), I'm planning on going to both Formal and Prom. This year's formal theme has been announced as all black. Do you guys have any recommendations as to how I should approach this? I'm 5'8" and I have broad shoulders and shorter legs. I have a black dress shirt that fits me well but I am struggling to find a blazer and dress pants that work well. Thanks y'all. Have a good one.
